Important Licensing Notice

Viewing this Product page, purchasing a personal-use blueprint package, or accessing public FOS-P1 information does not automatically grant manufacturing, commercial production, enterprise deployment, distribution, resale, sublicensing, patent, source-file, or worldwide commercial rights.

Commercial rights become effective only after the applicant has been approved, the authorised legal entity has been identified, the Product scope and permitted territories have been documented, applicable manufacturing facilities have been approved, commercial schedules have been completed, required payments have been received, and the relevant agreement has been validly executed.

The FOS-P1 materials are conceptual engineering materials unless an executed agreement expressly states otherwise. Independent engineering, prototyping, testing, certification, regulatory approval, production engineering, quality assurance, cybersecurity review, product-safety assessment, and market-specific compliance remain necessary before real-world manufacture or sale.

Indicative Commercial Licensing Structure

The figures below describe the current indicative FOS-P1 commercial structure. Final fees, royalty definitions, payment milestones, territories, quantities, sites, channels, reporting rules, and other rights must be confirmed in the executed commercial schedules.

Product FOS-P1 Fiber-Optic Smartphone
Licence Type Product-Specific Commercial Manufacturing Licence
Indicative Initial Licence Fee USD $5,000,000, unless replaced by an executed commercial schedule
Indicative Royalty Rate 8% of the defined Royalty Base, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Initial Term Five years, unless another term is stated in the executed agreement
Territories Only territories expressly listed in the completed schedules
Manufacturing Facilities Only approved manufacturing sites and approved subcontractors
Sublicensing Prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing
Intellectual Property Ownership is not transferred by the Product licence
Reporting Quarterly reporting unless another period is stated in writing
Audit and Compliance Product, production, sales, royalty, distribution, security, quality, and compliance records may be subject to audit

Available FOS-P1 Licensing Paths

Product Evaluation

Controlled internal review, technical evaluation, feasibility study, research, simulation, and preliminary engineering assessment within the scope stated in the applicable licence.

Enterprise Development

Approved internal teams, contractors, facilities, prototypes, integrations, development programmes, testing projects, and enterprise deployments under a completed Enterprise Licence.

Approved serial production, OEM manufacture, distribution, marketing, sale, Product support, and commercial deployment within documented territories, sites, channels, quantities, and Product configurations.

Product-Specific Rights and Controls

An approved FOS-P1 commercial licence may authorise specified activities such as engineering review, prototype development, testing, production engineering, manufacture, integration, distribution, sale, maintenance, support, certification work, or approved Product modification.

The final authorised scope may be limited by:

  • Named legal entity or approved affiliates.
  • Approved employees, contractors, suppliers, and engineering teams.
  • Approved manufacturing facilities.
  • Approved FOS-P1 Product configurations.
  • Permitted territories and distribution channels.
  • Approved prototype, production, and sales quantities.
  • Approved software, firmware, hardware, and optical implementations.
  • Security, confidentiality, reporting, quality, and audit requirements.
  • Product-safety, certification, environmental, and regulatory obligations.
  • Branding, authentication, traceability, and Product identity controls.

Engineering and Manufacturing Responsibility

The FOS-P1 blueprint system presents a conceptual architecture for a fiber-optic smartphone platform. It does not automatically constitute a certified, tested, regulator-approved, manufacturing-ready, or production-ready consumer device.

Any approved manufacturer or enterprise licensee remains responsible for completing all required real-world engineering and validation, including:

  • Mechanical, optical, electrical, electronic, RF, antenna, and thermal engineering.
  • Battery, charging, power-management, and electrical-safety validation.
  • Firmware, operating-system, software, cybersecurity, and privacy testing.
  • Prototype development and production-validation testing.
  • Design-for-manufacture and design-for-assembly engineering.
  • Component, supplier, and material qualification.
  • Reliability, durability, environmental, drop, impact, and ingress testing.
  • Telecommunications, radio-frequency, electromagnetic-compatibility, and market certification.
  • Quality-management, traceability, complaint, warranty, recall, and field-support systems.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws, standards, regulations, and market-access requirements.

Intellectual Property and Restricted Materials

Payment, access, evaluation, engineering work, modification, certification, manufacture, distribution, or commercial investment does not itself transfer ownership of the underlying FOS-P1 Product intellectual property.

Product files, blueprint packages, CAD materials, technical images, firmware materials, software architecture, confidential documents, controlled manufacturing information, and other Restricted Materials may be used only within the expressly authorised licence scope.

Unless expressly authorised in writing, Restricted Materials must not be:

  • Redistributed, uploaded, published, leased, rented, or resold.
  • Supplied to unapproved affiliates, suppliers, contractors, or manufacturers.
  • Used to create an unauthorised competing blueprint package.
  • Used for artificial-intelligence training, fine-tuning, dataset creation, embeddings, or automated Product replication.
  • Used for unauthorised patent, utility-model, design-registration, or similar filings.
  • Placed in public repositories or unapproved cloud and collaboration services.
