Master Configuration & Manufacturing Record Architecture
HERPS-VOL-24 provides the Revision D configuration-management framework
that connects the physical H.E.R.P.S machine architecture with manufacturing,
procurement, vendor documentation, material traceability, inspection,
engineering-change control, quality evidence and final as-built records.
It acts as the installation-level control layer for identifying what belongs
in the machine, how procurement information is managed, how manufactured
and purchased equipment is traced, how approved changes are controlled,
and how the eventual installed configuration is recorded.
Revision D Configuration-Control Principle
Revision D distinguishes between locked engineering interfaces,
design-development baselines, validation-controlled information
and site-controlled information.
- D-LOCKED: Controlled interfaces and values remain unchanged unless formally revised through approved engineering change.
- Design-Development Baseline: Engineering information sufficient to support development, enquiry and manufacturing preparation while supplier-final details remain controlled.
- Validation-Controlled: Final geometry, rating, setting or release depends on analysis, testing, certified vendor information or an engineering validation gate.
- Site-Controlled: Final information depends on installation conditions, jurisdiction, plant interfaces, electrical conditions, foundation design, ambient environment or other site-specific data.
BOM-D1301 — Installation-Level Master Bill of Materials
Revision D establishes a controlled installation-level manufacturing BOM
architecture covering the complete H.E.R.P.S package.
The controlled source contains 133 tagged baseline BOM lines spanning
manufactured machinery, purchased rotating equipment, hydraulic equipment,
thermal systems, electrical equipment, energy storage, controls,
instrumentation, structural components, installation hardware and
foundation interfaces.
The detailed manufacturing schedule, individual controlled component
specifications and procurement fields form part of the engineering package
and are not reproduced in full on this public product page.

The Volume 24 record structure links the HERPS Master Blueprint,

structural records, manufacturing BOM, FAT/SAT evidence and final
dimensional records.
Superseded revisions remain controlled history rather than disappearing
from the engineering record.

Permitted formal dispositions include accept-as-is, rework, repair,
replacement or engineering change. Verbal acceptance does not constitute
configuration control.
Engineering Change Control — ECR / ECO
Revision D uses coordinated engineering-change control so that a physical
change cannot be made independently of the drawings, analysis,
procurement records, control settings, validation evidence and final
machine configuration.
- Raise the engineering change request.
- Identify affected locked and non-locked interfaces.
- Assess connected CAD, drawing, P&ID and calculation impacts.
- Assess safety, pressure, structural, electrical, thermal and maintenance impacts.

from actual survey, procurement, inspection, commissioning and test evidence.

Configuration Source-Control Note
The Revision D BOM-D1301 enumeration contains 133 tagged baseline lines.
A separate final-audit checklist statement in the source refers to 134 lines.
The engineering-safe configuration basis is therefore to preserve the
enumerated 133-line baseline and resolve the source discrepancy through
formal configuration control rather than inventing an additional BOM item.
No False As-Built Finalization
HERPS-VOL-24 does not manufacture missing procurement or certification data
simply to make a record appear complete.
Supplier identities, purchase-order numbers, equipment serial numbers,
final vendor models, certified valve dimensions, final electrical
protection settings, certified BESS construction, final site foundation
reinforcement and other presently unresolved final data remain controlled
open items until supported by actual approved evidence.
Only the future signed ASB-D1501 after completion of the applicable
Revision D validation and acceptance process can establish the measured
frozen production configuration.
Why Volume 24 Matters
A complex engineered machine is not completely defined by geometry alone.
Its real configuration also depends on exactly which components were
manufactured or purchased, what materials and revisions were used, what
changes were approved, what software and settings were installed, what
inspection evidence exists and what was ultimately measured in the
completed system.
Volume 24 provides that configuration-management bridge between the
Revision D engineering design and the eventual documented physical machine.
